Our featured artist this month is Brad Burkhart, working out of Propaganda East, he is an awesome addition to the team. He has painting skills, tattoo skills, graphic art skills and is an overall nice guy. 10 years in the business, Brad's work history includes working at the World Famous Outer Limits Tattoo in Orange County and HB Tattoo in Huntington Beach.
